no raining only drought in Nepal

Why Nepal is suffering by drought do you know, if you don't know then ai will share my opinion with.
As we know that Nepalese Leaders or Law Makers was frequently adding  the time of Constitution. At last Supreme court had banned to add nest time for Constitution and at last with laws in Nepal the worthless  life of Constitution has been finished and it is dead without it's birth. As like this group of God Chairman Indra and others God are also so Frosted and their meeting lastly concluded that God of rain Indra will made such a condition that it may rain after a week but it doesn't why he did such for you know because they also added the time of starting rainy season as Nepalese Law Makers did. But it a great condition of becoming happy to Nepalese farmers and others people that Another God Brahma had also made altimates of finishing
 of such none benefit decision of Gods and he give them a time of finishing of such decision. Brahma give time a announced that after result of SLC the decision of Gods will atomatically finished. So after result of SLC we Nepalese (some) people get to see raining.
