8% students are reduced in this year SLC exam

Why this year about 8% percent SLC students are reduced in SLC, it is Bcoz of this Prime Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai. Dr. Bhattarai is Nepal's well educated personality so he had sin all SLC so most of students are failed. His is why he did becouse he don't want see any else gys going ahead. Another reason shoulg also be there but mani reson is this.
