Content alone is not enough to make any educational or training program successful; how it is organized plays a major role. Chapter 7 of Brown and Green's book provides important information on how to organize instructional activities.

1. Scope and Sequence of the Curriculum:

Two things should be considered when making any instructional plan:

• Scope: This refers to the amount of information or content to be included.
• Sequence: This determines the timeline of what information will be taught at what time and in what order.

2. Classification of Experience (Dale’s Cone of Experience):

The experiences we use when teaching students are of different nature. This can be understood through 'Dale’s Cone of Experience':

• Enactive: Learning by doing or touching directly (e.g., experiments in a laboratory)
• Iconic: Learning through pictures, videos, or demonstrations.
• Symbolic: Learning by reading or listening to words, sounds, or symbols.

3. Types of Curriculum Organization:

The curriculum can be organized in two ways:

• Vertical Organization: This shows how the complexity of the subject increases from one grade to another (for example, from grade 1 to 2).
• Horizontal Organization: This involves how to make connections between different subjects at the same level.

Conclusion:

While organizing learning activities, we should always consider the needs of the students and the available resources. Only when we move learning from the 'concrete' to the 'abstract', learning becomes effective and sustainable.

ADDIE Model: A Guide to Instructional Design

The ADDIE model is the most popular and effective model in the world of Instructional Design. It helps to make any training or educational course systematic and result-oriented. The word ADDIE is an acronym for its five main phases: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation.

Here is a detailed explanation of these five phases:

1. Analysis

This is the first and most important phase. In this phase, the need for training is identified.

Goal Setting: What the student or employee needs to learn is determined.

Audience Identification: Who is being taught and what their current knowledge is.

Resources and Budget: The available resources, time, and budget are determined.

2. Design

A ‘blueprint’ or blueprint is prepared here based on the information obtained from the analysis.

Course Sequence: The materials to be taught are logically sequenced.

Storyboarding: Initial outlines (Storyboards) for the video or e-learning module are prepared.

Strategy: The method of teaching (digital or print) is decided.

3. Development

The outline made in the design phase is given a real shape here.

Content Creation: The videos required for the training are recorded, e-learning materials are created and handbooks are prepared.

Pilot Testing: The prepared materials are tested in a small group so that any mistakes can be corrected.

4. Implementation

In this phase, the training or course prepared is actually delivered to the learners.

Delivery: Participants receive the materials via video, e-learning portal or classroom.

Participation: Learners actively participate in the training.

5. Evaluation

The evaluation process continues from the beginning to the end of the training. It has two aspects:

Formative Evaluation: It is carried out continuously throughout the other four phases so that obstacles that arise during the training can be corrected in a timely manner.

Summative Evaluation: It is carried out after the training is completed. It checks how effective the training was and whether the set goals were achieved.

Conclusion:

The ADDIE model is not just a linear process, but a process based on each other. It provides a solid foundation to make learning simple, systematic and successful in any educational or organizational environment.

Thanks to the digital era and technology, learning is no longer confined to an offline classroom. Education is never delayed for learning with students, professionals, and autodidacts able to receive a premiere education at any time, all the time.

 

What is Online Learning?

Online Learning: It is the learning that takes place in a digital environment over the internet. It offers video lectures, tonight-classrooms, animated review quizzes, discussion forums and a lot more. In most places, nearly every gap from basic school lessons to university degrees and overpriced professional certifications is now filled by some sort of online learning.

Benefits of Online Education

1. Flexibility and Convenience: Self-paced learning One of the biggest advantages of online learning is the opportunity to study at your own pace. One of the things you will love about this feature is that for those of you who don’t have time to listen to everything live is to the working professional, the parent or anyone who’s a multitasker.

2. Accessibility: Online education breaks geographical barriers. A student in a village with a population of 200 can take the same course as someone in a city of 20 million, if the rural student has internet. This inclusivity can help bridge global education gaps.

3. Wide Range of Courses: Online platforms offer a vast selection of subjects—from science and technology to arts and humanities. Learners can choose from short-term courses, diplomas, or even full degrees.

4. Cost-Effective: Many online courses are more affordable than traditional ones. Additionally, learners save money on commuting, housing, and other expenses associated with physical attendance.

5. Self-Paced Learning: Everyone learns differently. Online education allows learners to review lessons, pause videos, or take extra time to understand complex topics, offering a personalized learning experience.

Challenges of Online Learning

E-learning offers numerous benefits, but it has its own challenges:

1. Tangible Relationship Missing: Students can experience isolation from teacher contact and peer conversations which negatively affects enthusiasm together with collaboration

2. Need Self- Discipline: Without discipline (the sort we have in the form a class assignment, or some sort of teacher enforced accountability) it can be difficult (or the very least I would argue pretty easy) to achieve your online training goals.

3. Digital Divide: Not all of us have stable or regular access to the internet or digital tools – most particularly in the ‘developing world’.

Online learning isn't fair a brief arrangement; it's getting to be a lasting include of present day instruction. Mixed learning models, which combine online and offline strategies, are being embraced by schools and colleges all inclusive. Virtual reality (VR), manufactured insights (AI), and intuitively devices are encourage improving the online learning encounter.

 

 

 

 

Reflection of Flipped Classroom

 The flipped classroom is a modern teaching method where students first study the lesson content at home (often through videos or readings) and then engage in interactive activities, discussions, or problem-solving in class. This approach shifts the traditional learning model and has both strengths and challenges.

One of the biggest advantages I observed is active student participation during class. Since students come prepared, class time becomes more focused on applying knowledge rather than passively receiving it. It also supports peer learning and allows the teacher to give more personalized help.

However, this method requires self-discipline and motivation from students. If students do not review the material at home, they may struggle to participate effectively in class. Also, not all students may have equal access to technology or internet.

Overall, the flipped classroom encourages deeper learning, critical thinking, and collaboration, making it a powerful tool when implemented with proper support and planning.

 धादिङ र नुवाकोटको सिमानामा अवस्थित वाकामा आजबाट सुरु भएको १५ औँ वाका कप तथा तेस्रो अध्यक्ष कपको उद्घाटन खेलमा आयोजक वाका राहा युबा क्लब बी टीमले म्यागङ गाउँपालिका वडा नम्बर ३ को बेङरुङ युवा क्लबलाई १-० ले पराजित गर्दै विजय यात्रा सुरु गरेको छ। 

२५ टीमहरुको सहभागी रहेको यस प्रतियोगिता आगामी नयाँ वर्ष २०८२ को पहिलो दिन समापन हुनेछ। यस क्षेत्रकै सर्वाधिक धनराशीको यस प्रतियोगिताको विजेता टीमले रु.२,०२,०००/- नगद, ट्रफी, प्रमाण-पत्र मेडल पाउँनेछ र उप‍विजेता टीमले रु.१,०१,०००/- नगद, ट्रफी, प्रमाण-पत्र मेडल पाउँनेछ। सेमी फालनलमा पुग्ने दुई टीमले सान्त्वाना पुरस्कार स्वरुप  नगद रु.२०,०००/- पाउँनेछ। यस प्रतियोगितामा व्यक्तिगत तर्फ उत्कृष्‍ठ गोलकर्ता, उत्कृष्‍ट खेलाडी र उत्कृष्‍ट गोल रक्षकले समान रु.५,०००/- पाउँनेछ भने हरेकको खेलको उत्कृष्‍ट खेलाडीलाई ‍१ सेट जर्सी प्रदान गरिनेछ।

यस प्रतियोगिताको मुख्य उद्देश्‍य वाका क्षेत्रको संरक्षण र पर्यटक प्रवर्धन रहेको छ। गत वर्षको संस्करणमा Support Dhading football ले खेलहरुको प्रत्यक्ष प्रसारण गरिएकोमा यस वर्षको उद्घाटन खेलको भने प्रत्यक्ष प्रसारण देखिएन। आशा गरौँ आगामी खेलहरुको प्रत्यक्ष प्रसारण हेर्न पाऊ भनेर।

विजेता चौताराले नगद रु.२,००,०००/- ट्रफी, मेडल तथा प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्‍त गर्‍यो भने उप-विजेता फलाँटेले रु.१,००,०००/- ट्रफी, मेडल र प्रमाणपत्र हासिल गर्‍यो। दुई सेमी फाइनलिस्ट छार वाका राह युवा क्लब "सी" र ज्लालामुखीले पनि रु.२५/२५ हजार हात पार्‍यो। विक्रम सम्वतको पहिलो दिनको दिन भएको फाइनलमा खेल हेर्ने दर्शकको ठूलै घुइचो रहेको थियो। चौतारा युवा क्लब "सी" लाई हार्दिक वधाई तथा सहभागि अन्य टीमहरुलाई अर्को संकरणको लागि शुभकामना।

नुवाकोटको फलाँटे र धादिङको चौतारा १४ औँ वाका तथा दोस्रो अध्यक्ष कप २०८० को फाइनलमा

 नुवाकोट र धादिङको सिमानामा अवस्थित वाका फुटवल मैदानमा जारी १४ औँ वाका तथा दोस्रो अध्यक्ष कप २०८० मा नुवाकोटको फलाँटे युवा क्लब "सी" र धादिङको चौतारा युवा क्लब "ए" भिड्ने भएको छ। ३२ ओटा टीमको सहभागिता रहेको यस  प्रतियोगितामा अव उत्कृष्‍ट टीमको टुङ्गो लाग्‍न मात्र वाँकी रहेको छ। आज भएको पहिलो सेमी फाइनल खेलमा धादिङ कै दुई टीम चौतारा र ज्वालामुखी भिडेको थियो। निर्धारित समयमा दुबै टीमले २/२ गोलको बराबरी खेले पछि खेल पेनाल्टी शुट आउटमा गएको थियो र चौताराले पेनाल्टीमा ४-२ को नतिजा निकाल्दै फाइनलमा आफ्‍नो स्थान सुरक्षित गर्‍यो।

दोस्रो खेलमा आयोजक छार वाका राह "सी" ले नुवाकोटको एक मात्र सेमी फाइनलिस्ट फलाँटे युवा क्लब "सी" को सामना गर्‍यो। निकै प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक खेलमा दुवै टोलीले अवसरहरु सिर्जना गरे तापनि गोलमा परिणत गर्न चुके पछि दोस्रो खेलको छिनोफानोको लागि पनि पेनाल्टीकै सहायता लिनु परेको थियो। पेनाल्टीमा भने फलाँटेले वाजी मार्‍यो। फलाँटेले पेनाल्टीमा ३-२ गोलको अन्तरले आयोजक टोलीलाई पाखा लगाउँदै उपाधि नजिक पुगेको छ।

फाइनल खेल विक्रमको नव वर्ष २०८१ को नव दिनमा अर्थात् २०८१ सालको वैशाख १ गते हुनेछ। पायक पर्नेहरुलाई खेल मैदान र पायक नपर्नेहरुको लागि सपोर्ट धादिङ फुटवलको फेसवुक पेजबाट साथ दिनु हुन अनुरोध गरिन्छ।

 जारी १४ औँ वाका कप तथा दोस्रो अध्यक्ष कप २०८० को सेमी-फाइनल समिकरण पूरा भएको छ।  चैत २८ गते वेलुका ४ वजे भएको पहिलो क्वाटर फाइनल खेलमा ज्वालामुखीले सेल्लेको छ्‍योइलिङलाई १ गोल अन्तरले पराजित गर्दै सेमी फाइनल यात्रा तय गरेको थियो भने आज सम्पन्न तीन क्वाटर फाइनल खेलबाट चौतारा "ए", छार वाका राह "सी" र फलाँटे "सी" ले सेमी फाइनलमा आ‍-आफ्नो स्थान सुरक्षित गरेको हो। आज भएको पहिलो खेलमा सूर्यगडीलाई चौतारा "ए" ले ४-० गोल अन्तरको जीत निकाल्दै सेमी फाइनलमा आफ्नो नाम दर्ता गरेको थियो भने दोस्रो खेलमा आयोजक छार वाहा राह युवा क्लब "ई" लाई ५-१ ले पराजित गर्दै अर्को आयोजक छार वाका राह युवा क्लब "सी" ले सेमी फाइनल यात्रा तय गरेको थियो। अन्तिम खेलमा उपाधिको दावेदारको रुपमा हेरेको फलाँटे "सी" ले BMYS भक्तपुरलाई ८-१ को फरक अन्तरले पाखा लगाउँदै आफ्‍नो उपाधि दावेदार लयलाई झन मजबुद बनाएको छ। चैत ३० गते सेमी फाइनलका खेलहरु हुने छन् भने २०८१ वैशाख १ गते फाइनल खेल हुने तालिका रहेको छ।
