How does Aisingh Dimdung Tamang have concept of word "tamandas" ?

Aisingh is rarely used name and this name is specially found in Tamang community of Nepal. At the time of his schooling his new friends and teachers frequently asked him the meaning of his name Aisingh. Because of this, he decided that his name is rare and unknown to all. But passing the time, he found Aisingh named guys. So he decided that he would made his own nickname which would be very new to the world.
